If you want to improve or modernise your home we have the materials for the job. You'll find shelving, curtain tracks, timber, sheet wood, roofing plastic, felt, plumbing electrical, paint, wallpaper and much more besides. We also have the right tools to complete the job - hand tools, electric tools, decorating, plumbing and gardening. For the cold winters we have a selection of open fire accessories, and for the hot summers we have a selection of cooling fans. Our friendly and helpful staff are always on hand to help and serve you. Do come and see us, or just get in touch.

meet the manager
The DIY department is managed by Chris. He started in the toy department of City Cycle Centre 36 years ago. A year later, after Mrs K Zaschke retired, Chris moved to manage the DIY department. Mrs Zaschke always ran the department as a friendly and welcoming place and Chris is proud to have continued with this approach. He still serves customers from that era as well as new generations of DIY enthusiasts.
